Summer flowers

I can't remember if I posted these cards yet, so if you've seen them already, surprise! Here they are again! This potted wrought iron floral stand is from Inkadinkadoo. I was using up old Stampin up polka dot paper and decided it went perfectly with this stamp because it's so large & the small patterned polka dots are understated.

Copic colors: buttercup yellow, carmine, spring dim green, dull ivory(tan), putty, pale olive, phthalo blue and Brown (e08) for rust flower pots). Inkadinkadoo stamp #8865
It looks like a lot of putzy coloring with all the leaves and stems, etc. But actually, it was super easy to color....I colored all of the pot in spring dim green, and then went back in and made the ivy darker with my pale olive Copic.

I'm heading to the cabin tonite, but have plans to try to post from the cabin on a laptop. Since I won't have a scanner to change banners, I've replaced my banner with an old photo of me that my Mom had made from old slides. This is me and my best friend Julie munching on watermelon. I was outta control then, too, apparently!

Happy Wednesday, all!
