Coffee, Tea or Me?

I've had this card in my head for DAYS and finally got around to making it! I told you you'd be seeing a lot of the 'Coffee & Tea' set from Crafty Secrets! Eclectic Paperie has them in their store now, too!

I used the Marvy Giga Scallop punch and the Mega circle punch and stamped the coffee chickie in the center of it. I guess I overdid her face a little bit...she seems a little MAKEUPPY to me, but I guess it goes with the theme of the card! Julie Ebersole has a great post on how to create good skin tones on our chickie, to make her, errrr, a little less 'hussyish' (if you know what I mean)!

The coffee cup background is stamped with Stampin Up Certainly Celery ink on Certainly Celery cardstock. I improvised on the "or..." one of the sentiments in the set reads: "please come for....", so I just inked up the or.... to create the saying. Because it's acrylic stamps, it's SUPER easy to line up.
